Our Mission...The West Side Animal League is a volunteer organization that supports pets from various Fort Worth area shelters, as well as some we acquire along the way, in an effort to keep them from being placed in a shelter environment.

We strive to accomplish the goal of helping unwanted and homeless pets find loving forever homes by raising public awareness of the many wonderful pets available from local shelters and the urgent need to spay or neuter all family pets, by hosting adoption events and in many cases, bringing them into our homes as fosters.

We also provide vaccinations and emergency medical care for these animals as funds are available. Our expenses are covered 100% from donations and adoption fees for the animals that we adopt out.

We are only able to accomplish our goal through the generosity of both time and money from supporters who also want to make the world a better place for our furry friends.
